Had a similar reaction to In Meat We Trust. As someone who reads a lot of books about meat, it’s one of the few I’ve really learned “new” information from and most of that is because she spends more time on history than rhetoric and the same arguments we’ve heard before.
Read through some other posts on your blog and think you’d like some of what we’re doing at Food Politic. This was my take on In Meat We Trust.
